Fall Meeting Highlights The Fall CLE Conference in San Diego, California was a great success. See highlights, photos, and more. Family Law and the Military On September 28th over 160 military lawyers (active duty, Guard and Reserve), civilian attorneys paralegals, judges and child support enforcement attorneys attended a complimentary full day CLE program on Family Law and the Military.
This program presented a comprehensive overview of family law including the divorce process, foreign divorces, domestic violence, custody issues, military pension division, UIFSA and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
