The How and Why of the Administrative Lawyer: What Lawyers Need to Know to Represent their Clients | Wednesday, May 26, 2010 | 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. (EST)

The interrelation of the activities between the public, Congress, government agencies, and the judicial system constitute the field of administrative law. As entities seek to comply with the various regulatory requirements affecting business, there is a need for skilled legal personnel to work in this field. The goal of this program is to provide information on how lawyers can represent clients in dynamic and interesting administrative law field.  There will be a panel of legal personnel with diverse backgrounds, currently practicing in the administrative law field, present to provide advice on three key areas:

  • diversity of client representation as an aAdministrative lawyer;
  • insight on the day-to-day law practice of an attorney in the administrative law field; and,
  •  guidance on paths to the various career options in administrative law.
