This program features two nationally-known authorities on the topic: Dr. Eric Hardt of Boston University School of Medicine and David Hunt, attorney and CEO of Critical Measures. Effective language access programs for those who are not proficient in English are not only mandated by federal law, but they also demonstrably improve healthcare outcomes for involved populations.
