Shipping

 

Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) within the continental USA.  International orders and those to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via expedited 2-Day or Next-Day UPS delivery.  UPS Next Day and 2nd Day rush delivery is offered for an additional charge. 

 

If shipping to a PO address, domestic customers should choose the United States Postal Service for delivery.  International orders should use a street address whenever possible.


Rush orders must be placed by 2 p.m. ET to go out the same business day. Same-day rush shipping offers are only available on products produced and distributed by the ABA.

Product Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Individuals may return any item within forty-five (45) days of the order ship date.

You'll receive full credit for returned inventoried products, less the shipping and handling cost, which is not refundable.

 

Return Policies

Damaged Products

 

If there is a problem with your order or you received damaged material, contact the ABA Service Center.

Return the damaged product postmarked within 45 days of the order shipment date.Claims for damaged or short shipments must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Your order may contain products shipped from multiple warehouses. When returning a product, please include a copy of the original ABA shipping document or other correspondence referencing the order number.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for orders that are shipped to an address in Illinois, Washington D.C., California or Texas. Tax includes applicable shipping costs in IL and TX.

Tax-Exempt Organizations

If your organization is tax-exempt, the ABA must have your Tax-Exempt Entity Exemption Certificate or Exempt Organization Exempt Purchase Certificate on file.

ABA Member Discounts

 

ABA members are entitled to discounts on many products and events. These discounts will be applied automatically during checkout. You must be logged in to Americanbar.org or ShopABA.org to have membership-based discounted pricing applied to your order.

 

Redeeming a Discount Code

 

Some marketing promotions include a promo code that entitles you to a discount on specific products or events. If you have received such a code, you may redeem it at checkout. Your discount will show on the payment screen during checkout.

Live events may be subject to individual cancellation terms and restrictions.
