Description: American Bar Association South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project (ProBAR) needs approximately 150-175 5G hotspots that provide strong coverage in the Rio Grande Valley and Houston areas for the purpose of providing direct legal services to clients at offsite work locations, including shelters, detention centers, and courthouses.
