Supported by a grant from the Department of State’s Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, the ABA Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) will train defense advocates on recent changes to the Serbian Criminal Procedure Code (CPC).
Through the two-year program, ABA ROLI will work with Partners Serbia, a local non-governmental organization, to develop a training curriculum, conduct basic and advanced trainings and hold a regional conference on recent CPC reforms in the Balkans and in the former Soviet Union.
