On March 21, 2007, the Rule of Law Initiative, in cooperation with the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training (JPTC) center in Republic Srpska, presented the publication War Crimes Decisions in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Final and Binding Decisions 1992 – 2006, to members of the Republic Srpska judiciary.
- Bosnian Law Students Complete Civil Procedure Legal Clinic
On May 22, 2007, the Bihac Law Faculty held a closing ceremony for its civil
procedure law clinic. 18 students in their forth year at Bihac Law faculty
successfully completed the clinic.
- Bosnia’s Sixth National Moot Court Achieves Full Participation
The ABA Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) successfully completed the
country’s sixth national moot court in Bosnia and Herzegovina on December 8,
2007.
- Banja Luka Law Faculty Live Client Legal Clinic Completed
On June 29, 2007, the closing ceremony of the live client legal clinic took place at Banja Luka Law Faculty.
- Final Phases of Anti-Corruption Draft Law Underway in Bosnia
The final round of “Support for the Implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan of Bosnia & Herzegovina” a project founded by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and implemented by Rule of Law Initiative Bosnia staff, proved to be a major success.
- Bosnian Lawmakers Participate in Corruption Prevention Study Tour in Slovenia
- Building upon the success of the Stability Pact Anti-Corruption Initiative's (SPAI) "twinning-type" projects in South Eastern Europe (SEE), the Rule of Law Initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) partnered with SPAI to organize a study tour to Slovenia for a working group of Bosnians tasked with developing a law establishing the Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
